What makes the Quiéreme Mucho Swordsman special?

The Espadín agave is the base of many mezcals, but at Quiéreme Mucho it is worked with an artisanal approach that highlights its purity and elegance. Cooked in a stone oven, manually milled, fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in copper stills, Espadín acquires a unique depth and balance. We do not use additives or homogenizers.
