Warranty, Return and Uniqueness of Art Policies
At Quiéreme Mucho Mezcal, we fuse the mastery of distilling with Oaxacan folk art. Due to the artisanal, sanitary and exclusive nature of our products, we operate under the following strict policies.
By making your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. NOTICE OF UNIQUENESS: IRREPETIBLE DESIGNS (HAND PAINTED) Our bottles are hand painted by Oaxacan artisans, which makes each bottle a unique and unrepeatable piece.
- Representative Image: The photographs shown on the website are for illustrative and referential purposes only to show the style of the art and the variety of agave.
- The piece you receive: When you buy, you will receive a bottle with the selected agave, but the pictorial design (colors, figures and strokes) will be different from the one in the photo. No two bottles are alike.
- Specific Selection: The only exception to this rule applies if, prior to shipment, you contacted our team directly (via WhatsApp or email) and agreed to ship a bottle with a specific design selected from our available inventory.
- No reason for return: We do not accept claims or returns based on “the drawing is not the same as the picture”, since variability is the essence of our brand.
2. NO CASH REFUNDS Our policy is final: we do not issue cash refunds to credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts. If you wish to return an eligible item (see point 4), we issue you an
3. STRICT POLICY OF INVIOLABILITY (OPEN PRODUCTS) For health safety and respect for the purity of the distillate, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of opened bottles.
- If the security seal, SAT label or cork has been removed, broken or altered, the product is considered consumed and does not apply for any type of exchange.
- The organoleptic profile of mezcal is a characteristic of its quality. Disagreements with the taste of an already opened product are not a reason for return.
4. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING EXCHANGES We will only accept returns for store credit if all of these conditions are met:
- The report is made within 5 working days of receipt of the package.
- The bottle is completely sealed and intact.
- The product is in perfect physical condition (undamaged glass and paint).
5. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS COSTS If you decide to change your piece for another one (for example, to change the type of agave or because you want another design different from the one you received), you will be responsible for the costs:
- Return Shipping: The customer covers the cost of the waybill to return the product to our warehouse.
- Packaging: The customer is responsible for packing the bottle with adequate protection. If the part arrives broken at our facility due to poor packaging, credit will not be issued.
6. PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT (EXCEPTION) In the extraordinary case that the package delivers a broken or spilled bottle, you must send us photos of the box and the damaged product within 24 hours after delivery. Only in this case, we will manage the replacement of the piece at no cost to you.
